[Game] Quests: Added OnAggro support (#714)

Added support for the aggro functions for quests.
You can now get quest from engaging mobs, and get the reward if you killed it (not properly added yet for raids)
Also added the doodad Golgi's Device so the Firran Main quests can be finished in Tigerspine ``Golgi's Curse ( 1572 )``
