* Moved file and link content classes and interfaces into their own subfolders and namespaces

* Began modelling AdaptivityContent interfaces and classes

* Finished creating entities for version 0.9 of the adaptivity concept

* Began work on mapping between VM and Entities for adaptivity

* Entity to persist entity mapping and unit test

* Fixed borked merge

* Implemented persistence on AdaptivityContentPe.cs and added a new round trip test for it

* Added Id property to adaptivity question

* Fix mapping code for MultipleChoiceMultipleResponseQuestion

* Fixed merge by adding IEquatable to AdaptivityContent structure
