test(middleware-code-coverage): timeout hanging integration tests (#151)

The integration tests rely on some specific input or an exception from
the console in order to bootstrap.
Missing the specific data causes hanging in the tests and there's no
mechanism to timeout and break the tests.

Now, tests rely on `execa` module that is used also in the other ui5
tooling packages and there's a timeout to break the tests.

Some more verbose logging is added to the bootstrapping, so debugging
could be easier in the future.
