-spherical_Voronoi_virus_analysis.ipynb:
-corrections / updates to raw neighbour analysis for sim33 (note: this won't deal with i.e., changing radius problems upstream in the voronoi_analysis_loop code) -- mostly to feed in appropriate radius for each leaflet in the pertinent frames for the purposes of spherical polygon surface area calculation & to use the updated backend code for the neighbour analysis (which should count neighbours more reasonably now)

-voronoi_analysis_library.py:
-adjusted voronoi_neighbour_analysis class to automatically infer the projected radii of spherial polygons for the purpose of area calculations (the class __init__ no longer requires radius specification, as this would no longer make sense); similarly for voronoi_neighbour_analysis_by_type
-adjusted the tests accordingly
