[🔥AUDIT🔥] Fix references to @khanacademy/wonder-stuff-core (#716)

## Summary:

We recently started depending on `@khanacademy/wonder-stuff-core` in the `perseus-editor` package. When we did this, we didn't add it as a dependency to the `@khanacademy/perseus-editor` `package.json`. 

This PR fixes it up (note that we add wonder-blocks and wonder-stuff dependencies to our Perseus packages as `peerDependencies` and `devDependencies` because we don't want Perseus to define the specific versions of these packages but rather let the hosting application do that.
