Use only sx, x, and rz in half angle experiment (#1259)

Previously, `HalfAngle` used a y gate which is not a standard basis gate
for IBM devices and is also not the gate that the experiment is testing.
Now, the experiment uses x and sx whenever possible, which are the gates
under test.
