* Pass SelectableIcon `align` and `wrap` arguments to parent

* Do not change default behavior
* Do not alter introspection

* * Fix and extend type annotations for `CheckBox`, `RadioButton` and `Button`

* Expose align and wrap mode to the button

Common reason for own `Button` implementation is impossibility to set align/wrap

* Expose text layout for `SelectableIcon` and `Button` constructors
