Optimized list() methods with full properties using bulk operations

Details:

* In the centralized method _list_with_operation(), changed the
  implementation when full_properties=True to pass the loop of Get
  Properties operations as a bulk operation via the "Submit Requests"
  operation. The number of threads is calculated from the number of objects
  to retrieve.

* Fixed unit testcases for rst() with full properties in
  test_virtual_switch.py and test_virtual_function.py because they were
  using requests_mock and the prepared result needed to be changed
  to the bulk operation.
