will now be able to profile environment setup and teardown script by adding "quali_profiling" to topology global inputs

if you do add quali_profiling, its value will be the filepath to which to save the profiling report

if empty, profile report will be saved but to temporary folder.

this can be added to xml to make a topology profilable
