Implemented mock support for bulk operations

* Implemented mock support for the 'Submit Requests' operation
  by adding a SubmitRequestsHandler class.

* In order to support invoking the operations in the
  SubmitRequestsHandler.post() method, added a 'session' property
  to the FakedHmc class so that method can use it to perform
  the requested HTTP operations defined in the bulk input.
  Since that required a FakedSession object now to have a FakedHmc
  object, changed the testcases accordingly.

* Added an internal method check_required_subfields() to _urihandler.py
  for checking the input parameters for the 'Submit Requests' operation
  in the mock support.
