Commit Message

The parse method now returns a tuple with the parser and the result, but I had to move errors out of the result because of borrow lifetimes. Added a new get_errors method to get the errors that used to be returned in get_result. Error Results no longer have errors in them. Fixed up the tests to work with the new return value.
