Commit Message

Add an optional (default = true) debouncer to user writeable properties.

Flightgear asynchronously sends properties. While the user may have
updated a property, it might not be reflected in Flightgear's property
tree, thus we get inconsistent updates. Adding a debouncer, which
ignores updates for a short duration after the last user write, helps
remove this noise.
