Move to `close(modifyCh)`, fix reconnection oversight. (#189)

* Switch to using `close(modifyCh)`, handle reconnects to MIA server.

 * (M) client/gribiclient(_test).go
   - Per @alshabib's suggestion, move to using a closure of the
     `modifyCh` rather than sending a nil message through the channel to
     signal an exit.
   - Handle the case that reconnections don't succeed and startsending
     is called which caused the channel to fill.
