Nil handler bug fix (#101)

* fixed bug

added guard to HandleFunc and HandleRouteFunc to catch a nil handle, pass forward nil value directly to register.

* removed print statement

* removed debug statements

* Update router_test.go

change test name for clarity

* Added tests to TestEdgeCaseRoutes to explicitly cover each of the handling signatures. Removed guards from HandleRoute and HandleRouteFunc.
