* Add reset and robustness testing for reconnects.

* (M) client/gribiclient(_test)?.go
  - Ensure that the client is robust to many different types of
    disconnections that can be seen from a gRIBI server, including
    repeated disconnects.
  - Ensure that the client is robust to different potential call orders
    that the public API supports.
  - Ensure that the client always sends session parameters as the first
    messages in a modify stream even during repeated reconnections.
  - Add a reset mechanism to clear up the state left on a client.
