Mpmbrwp 17 content category no correspondence when sent to other mc (#242)

* Added possibility to not keep some annexes when item sent to another MC.
Needed to refactor override of `ContentCategory`, moved back code from `imio.zamqp.pm`.
Added validation for `ContentCategory.other_mc_correspondences`.

* Added test_pm_Other_mc_correspondences_constraint

* Fix ContentCategory portal_types title in migration to 4208

* Fixed test_pm_SendItemToOtherMCAnnexesNotKeptIfDestConfigNotAllowingIt and test_pm_Other_mc_correspondences_vocabulary
