Add UI changes for questions that are unanswered (#2589)

* Add UI changes for questions that are unanswered
- Checks if any changes were made to the answer template
- Ignores and whitespace changes
- Displays a prompt when grading such unanswered questions
- Also adds a header to the top of editor to emphasise blank template

* Reduce code duplication
- Assigned regex to a variable
- Assigned prefix to a variable

* Remove whitespace regex checks
