[BUGFIX] Allow flux:form.variable in any component

Technically, every component supports variables - although they only
have a purpose on some objects (form, column, etc.). Even so, the
"variables" argument was supported on all component ViewHelpers.

This change allows the flux:form.variable ViewHelper to be used as
child of any Flux component ViewHelper, as an alternative to the
"variables" property - useful when you need to create large sets
of settings or large values.
