Added stream based File copying

Methods added to File abstraction should allow implementations to use
preferred way to acquire/deliver contents.

For example: File to which contents are copied can decide that stream
is more efficient method, but copied file may opt-out by returning null
when its contents are already loaded into memory (see: VirtualFile).
