Added resource class and name to HMC log entries

Details:

* Added resource class and name to HMC log entries, in order to better
  identify resources in the log.

  The resource identification is added only when the URL targets a single
  resource, and has the format '(class qname)' where 'class' is the
  resource class name and 'qname' is the name of the resource, qualified
  with its parent resources' names.
  Example: '(partition CPC1.Partition1)'.

* This required adding public access to the BaseManager.name_prop
  property.
