Refactor stories table (#2572)

* Move action buttons into separate component

* Fix imports post-merge

* Use simpleConfirmDialog instead of window.confirm

Improves style consistency.

* Move constant out of component definition

* Rename data to storyList

Improves clarity.

* Destructure story in table row

* Improve truncation logic

* Use actual ellipsis character
* Remove magic number
* Do not break words when truncating

* Refactor new story handler

Also replaced template literal with normal string.

* Refactor to use ContentDisplay

Improves integration with the rest of the codebase.

* Remove unused styles

* Destructure table header row
