Commit Message

Updates the RTM message send functionality.

This:
- adds promise support to the RTM send / sendMessage functions
- updates the way message responses are handled, so that the message success callback is triggered when the API returns a message object with a `reply_to` matching the id of the sent message

Fixes #163
