[INTERNAL] Optimise themeBuild with workerpool via fsinterface (#925)

This change enhances https://github.com/SAP/ui5-builder/pull/914 with a
fsInterface like objects that "read" the information through
`postMessages` via `MessageChannel -> MessagePort`
