Index community and subcommunity information from PDC Describe (#452)

* Started indexing the community and subcommunities on new fields that support multi-values. Started switching the facets to use these new fields. Still pending deal with the collection information which is something that we show conditionally for PPPL records from DataSpace...and it is somewhat related to the collection tags that we now have for PDC Describe records.

* Tweaking the collection facet. This is tricky because we have this value for all records in PDC Describe but we only showed this facet PPPL records in DataSpace.

* Remove duplicate fields

* Remove logic to hide the collection facet since now it is a common field in PDC Describe (not an oddity for PPPL and M+A records

* Better indexing of the community value from DataSpace

* Remove debug code

* Adjust the test to use the new facet fields in Solr

* Prevent duplicates in the communities (needed for nested communities)
