 - Stop shipping README.mkdn to CPAN
 - Replace ReadmeMarkdownFromPod with ReadmeAnyFromPod
 - Inject travis markdown stuff in source tree, not build tree.
 - Replace ReadmeFromPod with Readme::Brief
