Tests: Refactor API tests to check for implementor calls. (#573)

* test: make token stable for one run

* test: refactor api tests

The API tests now check if the parsing process of the data is correct.
It tests if it calls the function with the correct arguments of the implementor.

* test: enable lint for api tests
