[feat] Callbacks (hooks) audit pre-flight HTTP requests and post-flight HTTP responses (#186)

- Add Hooks struct for managing client hooks
- Add plumbing, structs for response and request client hooks
- Add subscribing/unsubscribing capabilities for users to declare hook callbacks
- Add unit tests to confirm hooks work, multiple hooks work, sub/unsub works
- Add Google UUID as dependency
- Add README example
