* Support MSB first

Similar to implementations in other languages, move the most significant bit to the beginning in the encoded string
In practice this means that the result of the encode now is the reverse, i.e. if previously it was 
```
"UD6ibhr3V4YXvriP822222" 
```
now it would be 
```
"UD6ibhr3V4YXvriP822222" |> String.reverse() == "222228PirvXY4V3rhbi6DU"
```
To decode previously created ShortUUIDs (< v3.0.0) either reverse them before decoding
```
"UD6ibhr3V4YXvriP822222" |> String.reverse() |> ShortUUID.decode()
```
or use the legacy option of decode
```
"UD6ibhr3V4YXvriP822222" |> ShortUUID.decode(legacy: true)
```
