LC-966: Disallow Wrapping Code Blocks (#605)

## Summary:
Switch from `pre-wrap` to `wrap` in exercises and elsewhere to accommodate `python` indentation syntax. Adjusts elsewhere to ensure users are able to view full code in various contexts.
