refactor: remove `filename` from Location objects

Previously, every location object contained a `filename` property.
This is a lot of redundant data carried by every node of the AST.
This change also affects the `CompilerError` `location` property.

This property is now contained in the AST root in property `filename`.

BREAKING CHANGES: use `filename` property of the AST root node
