Updated `User` entity
Added function for `validateEmail`; whilst it is not perfect it does loosely conform to the RFC which will allow to test validity of email address format used.
Added functions for handling the hashing of the user's password using the built-in hashing functions. The default will be to use `PASSWORD_DEFAULT` however it is also possible to pass in BCRYPT along with cost options.
