Fix event basics time ordering (#1194)

* Update event_basics.py

The mask selecting only the largest two S2s was not applied if there is no S1 in the event and the 'force_alt_s2_in_max_drift_time' option is set to True.
Therefore in the rare case that both 'force_alt_s2_in_max_drift_time' and 'force_main_before_alt' are set to True and there is no S1 in the event, the time sort performed on all S2 peaks leads to the fact that in this case main and alt are just the first two S2 peaks.

* Add test of S2 areas for certain option configuration

* Solve autotest

* Update event_basics version

* Fix bugs in test
