* Remove unused dispatch props from EditingWorkspace

* Remove unused dispatch props from GradingWorkspace

* Migrate state props to useTypedSelector

Done for some state props in GradingWorkspace. More coming soon.

* Use dispatch for most GradingWorkspace handlers

* Migrate remaining GradingWorkspace state props

* Remove GradingWorkspaceContainer and related types

* Remove unneeded prop export

* Remove unused handlers and state props

* Migrate EditingWorkspace state to useTypedSelector

* Migrate most EditingWorkspace handlers to useDispatch

* Combine editor tab handlers to same useMemo call

* Migrate handleEditorValueChange to use dispatch

* Prevent name collision for submit answer-handler

Renamed the prop fron handleSave to handleSubmitAnswer.

* Migrate handleSubmitAnswer to use dispatch

* Use named import for useCallback

* Call evalTestcase directly from internal handler

Removes the need to define a single-use callback as we can call
`dispatch` with the action directly from the place it's used at.

* Remove EditingWorkspaceContainer and related types

* Remove unused state props
