Dictionary improve & test; update readme

- Add Dictionary length getter that returns the number of defined words.
- Allow the Dictionary constructor to receive a null parameter, in which case the dictionary will not load the primitive definitions.
- New 11 tests for Dictionary class.
- Update readme. Improve installing instructions & examples.
- Minor fixes.
