Commit Message

Don't monkey patch thread module if "--use-debugger" flag is provided either
directly in sys.argv or as --parent-args argument.

Previously we didn't check --parent-args to so it meant the thread module was
still patched even is this flag was provided to the sensor container. This
broke remote debugging support.
