connect mailing lists to new HyperKitty archive and add API for rich text messages and attachments

UI for rich text and attachments will follow later.

Drop custom encoding corrections because the encoding errors do not occur in HyperKitty archives, the correction mechanism does not work with formatted texts, and it was an overly specific hack anyway.

Complements https://github.com/hpi-swa/squeak-history/pull/17.
