Add vtext.com to email.invalidDomains

I've noticed a few spam subscription attempts already. A bunch come from
legitimate domains. A handful actually followed the verification link,
so I can't say for sure that they're spam. However, both the DynamoDB
TTL and the SNS bounce handler/SES account level suppression list are
working as expected.

One domain that I'm pretty sure is totally bogus, however, is vtext.com,
which is used to forward emails to a SMS recipient. So we'll reject all
those in perpetuity now.
