Commit Message

- added new member method "get_derived_type()" to instance class
- with this method it is possible to retrieve the most derived type of an instance (so what type the instance really is)
- added new member method "get_wrapped_instance()" to instance class, to retrieve the wrapped instance from a wrapper class
- added missing docu to instance class, the reason for that is, the class was in detail namespace for a long time
- added unit test for the instance class
- removed r-value ctor of instance class

Additional:
- remove unused trait in function_traits.h
