Calculate the encoded hash maximum length

Previously the value was hardcoded to a maximum of 108 bytes, allowing
salts up to 16 bytes only, now it calculates on the fly for a variable
salt length allowed. Hash still takes up to 44 bytes only (32 bytes in
base64 encoding).
