Add support for Redis Cluster pub/sub #138

- Add cluster pub/sub connection to connect the node with the least clients
- Use the cluster node with the lowest latency as default connection for the regular cluster connection instead of the first node at all
- Full-cluster node view gathering: If the provided seed nodes reveal there are way more nodes in the cluster a second pass is started to connect the newly discovered nodes and invoke CLUSTER NODES/CLIENT LIST on these nodes to get full statistics for the whole cluster
