AuditConfig object is the new addition

 AuditConfig object is the new addition that contains configurations that can be passed to the a11y-auditor in general. the rulesConfig contains rules that need to be skipped / ignored. While the auditConfig contains confgirations like skipping global rules, executing rules on the basis of a preset - key 'compliance' like A, AA, AAA. (amd-specs.js - added auditConfig sample test case & made the test case pass).
