Rework migration to use pymongo instead of core.db
  - Currently running very worrying cleanup operation that removes collections with 'old', 'new' or 'backup' at the end of the name... should be fixed
  - Sets `capped_size` to None in buckets metadata for all collections
  - Then adds correct `capped_size` to all realtime buckets, after copying those collections
