fix: make macro syntax more lenient

- Eliminate specific `#[derive(…)]` attributes in the macro; users can
now specify whatever derive attributes they want to find.
- Allow macro to work for public and private enums.
- Refactor  pub/private enum macro matches to use a newly exposed
`serde_visitor!` macro.
- Convert example to test case.
