bump version to 0.3.2

Changes since 0.3.1:
- Allow module fields to take non-string values.
- Define the "recursive" module field. Default it to true for now.
- Add a warning that the "recursive" default is going to be changed in
  the future. See https://github.com/buildinspace/peru/issues/146.
