Working with flightgear_777.dart

* Move bin/* to example/ where it belongs
* Create flightgear_777.dart & ardknob_777.xml to demonstrate talking to
  FlightGear over UDP (in and out).
* Update Property to print its value (small, but great for debug).
* Update xml parsing to look for line_separator - required at the end of
  every line... even though its UDP and the whole message is there (or
  none at all!). This was the last magic sauce!

Future: get display rendering the switches. Would be nice to also have the
switch sounds working in game, but those are triggered by nasal scripts in
response to UI clicks - not property updates.
