Correct directory structure of binary distributions

The standard jEdit plugin binary distribution includes the plugin JAR files at the root.  The `distribution` plugin follows the convention of including all distribution files under a root directory with the name `[baseName]-[appendix]-[version]-[classifier]`.  Therefore, we transform each distribution archive path to remove this root directory.
