First successful sync

Sync info is read from HTCData fields of existing contacts
This is a working version, as long as users have prepopulated HTCData fields

Notable changes :
- deprecated some old stuff, will delete them soon (FQL, etc)
- new model separates contact photo sync from contact list sync

effectively we will sync photoes with greater frequency

- HTCData import is still to be created (friends import)

first version is going to perhaps have manual contact push
