Commit Message

Use package.json `files` instead of `.npmignore`

This way we can specify explicitly which files go to the NPM registry
instead of forgetting to add files to ignore into the `.npmignore` file.

Note that certain files are always included, regardless of settings:

    package.json
    README (and its variants)
    CHANGELOG (and its variants)
    LICENSE / LICENCE
