Implement TRichTransport to improve Thrift performance

If a transport does not implement TRichTransport, then we are opted into
thrift.RichTransport which does a few inefficient things:
 - allocate on every single WriteByte
 - check whether the underlying writer supports WriteByte on every call

If we implement TRichTransport, we can skip Thrift's RichTransport and
optimize the WriteByte call ourselves.
