Commit Message

Expose IDL line and column numbers on error.

This makes it easier to give helpful messages when wrapping an IDL
snippet (i.e. when the line and column numbers must be adjusted).

Also fix unterminated IDL string error (an error would be thrown, but
not the correct one).
